Will you replace original trim and millwork if it's damaged?
Only as a last resort. Our preference is always to repair and preserve original material — filling, consolidating, and rebuilding damaged sections so the historic fabric of the home stays intact. When a piece is genuinely beyond saving, we replace it with material milled to match the original profile, then prime and paint so the repair disappears.
